Refund & Cancellation Policy

SKODOR and SKODOR Learning Academy are proprietary educational products and brands owned and operated by HashInkludes Technologies Private Limited ("HashInkludes", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). All enrollment transactions, fee receipts, and refund disbursements are processed by HashInkludes Technologies Private Limited.

At SKODOR Learning Academy, we strive to deliver transparent, world-class education in AI, Data, and Software Engineering. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact a learner's ability to participate. This Refund & Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and batch deferrals.

1. Cancellation Prior to Cohort Commencement

Learners who enroll in any technical program offered by SKODOR may request a cancellation and refund under the following terms:

  • 7 or More Days Before Start Date: Eligible for a 100% full refund of fees paid, less standard third-party payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%).
  • Within 1 to 6 Days Before Start Date: Eligible for an 80% refund, with 20% retained to cover administrative seat allocation and provisioning costs. Alternatively, learners may opt for a 100% credit transfer to the next upcoming cohort.

2. Cohort Deferrals & Batch Transfers

We understand that career demands or medical emergencies can require temporary schedule adjustments. Instead of forfeiting your enrollment:

One Free Deferral: Every enrolled learner is entitled to one complimentary transfer to a subsequent cohort within 6 months.
Advance Notice: Deferral requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to batch kickoff.

3. Post-Commencement Policy

Once a cohort has commenced and digital courseware, lab environments, proprietary codebases, and mentor schedules have been provisioned:

  • First 7 Calendar Days: If a learner determines that the program pace or structure is not suitable, they may request a 50% partial refund or transfer to a different discipline.
  • After Day 7: Fees are non-refundable. Learners facing extenuating circumstances (such as severe medical situations) may apply for a deferral to resume their learning continuum in a future batch.

4. Program Cancellation by HashInkludes Technologies

If HashInkludes Technologies Private Limited cancels a scheduled cohort due to unforeseen operational constraints or fails to deliver the promised educational services, enrolled learners will receive an immediate 100% full refund, or the option to transition into another active program with priority placement.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed by HashInkludes Technologies Private Limited within 5 to 7 business days from the date of formal email confirmation. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) used during registration.

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email our admissions and finance desk with your enrollment ID, full name, registered phone number, and reason for cancellation:
